Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on April 21, 2023, the committee commenced its study of External Monitor Report - First Status Report

Jocelyne Therrien made a statement and answered questions.

At 4:57 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:01 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

Committee Business
The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $9,200, for the study of Review of the Impact of Canada’s Procurement Process on the Canadian Armed Forces, be adopted.

At 5:25 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
