The Minister made a statement and answered questions.

At 9:20 a.m., the meeting was suspended.

At 9:24 a.m., the meeting resumed.

Stefanie Beck, Stephen Kelsey, Jonathan Moor, Nancy Tremblay and Caroline Xavier answered questions.

The Chair called Vote 1b under Communications Security Establishment and Votes 1b, 5b, and 10b under Department of National Defence.

Debate arose thereon.

On motion of Lindsay Mathyssen, it was agreed, — That the committee do now adjourn.

At 10:23 a.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
