At 12:08 p.m., the sitting resumed.

It was agreed, — That the draft report, as amended, be adopted.
It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "The Impacts of a Ban on Certain Single-Use Plastic Items on Industry, Human Health and the Environment in Canada".
It was agreed, — That the Chair, clerk and analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.
It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 109, the committee request that the government table a comprehensive response to the report.
It was agreed, — That dissenting or supplementary opinions be in Calibri 12-point font, left aligned, single-spaced, and be submitted electronically, in both official languages, to the clerk of the committee, not later than 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 31, 2022.
ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.
It was agreed, — That, with regard to studies undertaken by the committee: (a) the maximum length of briefs be 10 pages including references, appendices, and title page; (b) briefs be single spaced, Calibri 12-point font, and in either French or English; (c) only one submission per individual, organization, or collection of individuals and organizations be accepted; (d) the deadline for submitting briefs be three days after the final witness hearing date; and (e) the Chair be authorized to make exceptions to this motion as necessary.
At 1:18 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
