Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, the committee resumed its study of the environment and climate impacts related to the Canadian financial system.

The witnesses made statements and answered questions.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, August 19, 2024, the committee resumed its study on the emergency order for boreal caribou protection under the Species at Risk Act.

It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $22,500, for the study on the emergency order for boreal caribou protection under the Species at Risk Act, be adopted.

The committee proceeded to give drafting instructions to the analysts for a draft report.

At 1:46 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
