The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $29,500, for the study of regulation of recreational boating on Canada’s waterways, be adopted.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, February 14, 2023, the committee resumed its study of the role of McKinsey & Company in the creation and the beginnings of the Canada Infrastructure Bank.

The committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

At 5:42 p.m., the meeting was suspended.

At 5:49 p.m., the meeting resumed.

At 5:49 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
