The committee resumed consideration of a draft report.
It was agreed, — That the draft report, as amended, be adopted.
It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "Building a more climate resilient Canada".
It was agreed, — That the Chair, clerk and analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.
It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 109, the committee request that the government table a comprehensive response to the report.
It was agreed, — That dissenting or supplementary opinions be in Calibri 12-point font, left aligned, single-spaced, and be submitted electronically, in both official languages, to the clerk of the committee, not later than Friday, October 13, 2023.
ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.
It was agreed, — That the committee meet, in an informal meeting, with a delegation of members from the Parliament of the United Kingdom on Monday, October 16, 2023; and that the committee defray the hospitality expenses related to this meeting.
It was agreed, — That, in relation to the access to information request received by Canada Infrastructure Bank and communicated to the committee on Thursday, August 17, 2023, the committee instruct the clerk to authorize disclosure of the committee documents contained in the said request.
It was agreed, — That, pursuant to the motion adopted in the House on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, the committee proceed to the consideration of Bill C-33, An Act to amend the Customs Act, the Railway Safety Act, the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act, 1992, the Marine Transportation Security Act, the Canada Transportation Act and the Canada Marine Act and to make a consequential amendment to another Act for six meetings.
