Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, the committee proceeded to a briefing by the Commissioner of the Environment and Sustainable Development - Fall 2024.

Jerry V. DeMarco made a statement and, with the other witnesses, answered questions.

Motion

Adam van Koeverden moved, — That the committee invite the Minister of Environment and Climate Change to testify on the Supplementary Estimates (B) 2024-25, by no later than the end of the current supply period.

Questioning of the witnesses resumed.

At 6:30 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
