Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the committee proceeded to a briefing on the Net Zero Accelerator Fund.

Francis Bilodeau and Jerry V. DeMarco made statements and, with the other witnesses, answered questions.

By unanimous consent, it was agreed, — That, notwithstanding the routine motion governing in camera proceedings, that the staff of the Department of the Environment, the Department of Industry and the Office of the Auditor General be allowed to remain during the in-camera portion of the meeting.

At 5:37 p.m., the meeting was suspended.

At 5:44 p.m., the meeting resumed in camera.

Questioning of the witnesses resumed.

At 6:38 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
