At 12:06 p.m., the meeting was suspended.

At 12:11 p.m., the meeting resumed.

Motion

Majid Jowhari moved, — That the committee now resume the adjourned debate on the motion moved by Julie Dabrusin on Wednesday, October 23, 2024.

The question was put on the motion and it was negatived on the following recorded division:
