Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Wednesday, September 21, 2022, the committee resumed its study of the security at the borders between Azerbaijan and Armenia.

Robert Sinclair made a statement and, with Andreas Weichert, answered questions.

At 5:43 p.m., pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the committee continue to sit.

Questioning of the witnesses resumed.

Committee Business
The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That, in relation to the study of Canada’s approach to Africa, the analysts prepare an updated workplan for the consideration of the committee the week of March 18, 2024.

At 6:06 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
