Pursuant to the order of reference of Wednesday, June 5, 2024, the committee resumed consideration of Bill C-61, An Act respecting water, source water, drinking water, wastewater and related infrastructure on First Nation lands.

Chief Sheldon Sunshine, Chief Joe Miskokomon, Dr. Heather Exner-Pirot and Chief Taralee Beardy made statements and, with Chief Rupert Meneen and Norma Large, answered questions.

At 8:41 a.m., the meeting was suspended.

At 8:43 a.m., the meeting resumed.
