It was agreed, — That the workplan for the study on the restitution of land be adopted.
It was agreed, — That the members of the committee submit to the clerk all of their proposed amendments to Bill C-53 no later than noon on Friday, November 24, 2023.
It was agreed, — That the committee commence clause-by-clause consideration of Bill C-53 on or about Thursday, November 30, 2023.
It was agreed, — That the deadline for the submission of briefs in relation to the study of Bill C-53 be Friday, November 17, 2023, and that briefs be no longer than five pages, double-spaced and in Times New Roman 12-point font.
It was agreed, — That witness lists for Bill C-53, one per party, be provided to the clerk no later than Thursday, October 12, 2023, by 4:00 p.m.
At 5:53 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
