Jaime Battiste moved, — That Bill C-45, in Clause 27, be amended by replacing line 19 on page 22 with the following:“assumed by the Board following receipt of a notice un-”
The question was put on the amendment of Jaime Battiste and it was agreed to.

(b) replacing line 6 on page 32 with the following:
