At 5:28 p.m., the meeting was suspended.

At 5:32 p.m., the meeting resumed.

Neil Campbell, Angella MacEwen, and Troy Lundblad made statements and, with Francois Soucy, answered questions.

At 6:30 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
