Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, the committee resumed its study of protecting certain Canadian manufacturing sectors against related Chinese imports and measures.

The Minister of Export Promotion, International Trade and Economic Development made a statement and, with Aaron Fowler, answered questions.

At 12:07 p.m., the meeting was suspended.

At 12:10 p.m., the meeting resumed.

The Minister of Innovation, Science and Industry made a statement and answered questions.

At 1:06 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
