Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Wednesday, February 2, 2022, the committee resumed its study of environmental and human rights considerations regarding Canadian mining firms abroad.

At 11:10 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 11:14 a.m., the sitting resumed.

Rachel Guthrie and Sheri Meyerhoffer made statements and, with Sophie Roy, answered questions.

At 12:00 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:03 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Emily Dwyer made a statement and answered questions.

At 12:46 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:50 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The committee proceeded to give drafting instructions to the analysts for a draft report.

At 12:58 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
