Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, June 6, 2022, the committee resumed its study of potential impacts of the ArriveCAN application on certain Canadian sectors.

The witnesses made statements and answered questions.

At 12:34 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:41 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the committee undertake a study of no less than two meetings on the current status of rail containers in Canada and report its findings to the House of Commons.

It was agreed, — That the clerk of the committee be authorized to grant access to the committee's digital binder to the offices of the whips of each recognized party.

It was agreed, — That, regarding the study of the potential impacts of the ArriveCAN application on certain Canadian sectors and further to the motion adopted by the committee on September 20, 2022, the committee hold only one more meeting with witnesses.

At 1:00 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
