That the draft report, as amended, be adopted
That the report be entitled: "Saving More Lives: Improving Guidance, Increasing Access and Achieving Better Outcomes in Breast Cancer Screening".
That the Chair, clerk and analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.
That, pursuant to Standing Order 109, the committee request that the government table a comprehensive response to the report.
That dissenting or supplementary opinions be in Calibri 12-point font, left aligned, single-spaced, and be submitted electronically, in both official languages, to the clerk of the committee, not later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 10, 2024.
ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.
Stephen Ellis moved, — That the committee invite the Minister of Health and the Minister of Mental Health and Addictions to testify on the Supplementary Estimates (B) 2024-25 at the first and second meeting following the adoption of this motion for one hour each, followed by an additional hour with relevant officials.
By unanimous consent, it was agreed, — That the committee invite the Minister of Health and the Minister of Mental Health and Addictions to testify on the Supplementary Estimates (B) 2024-25 at the earliest convenience following the adoption of this motion for one hour each, followed by an additional two hours with relevant officials before the adjournment of December’s parliamentary sittings.
At 5:28 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
