The Minister made a statement and answered questions.
Mike Lake moved, — That the committee request the Department of Health table all documentation confirming that it has met the commitment to fund the Canada mental health transfer, as clearly outlined on page 75 of the government’s 2021 election platform.
Debate arose thereon.
The question was put on the motion and it was agreed to on the following recorded division:

ORDERED, — That the clerk inform the Department of Health that the committee sends for a copy of all documentation confirming that it has met the commitment to fund the Canada mental health transfer, as clearly outlined on page 75 of the government’s 2021 election platform.
Heather Jeffrey, Candice St-Aubin, Jocelyne Voisin, Eric Belair and Michael J. Strong answered questions.
On motion of Laila Goodridge, it was agreed, — That the committee request the following documents:
Drugs approved in British Columbia under the pilot project exemption and why; choices of substances to be decriminalized and justification for the choice and its amounts, and the department provide these documents within 30 days of the approval of this motion.
ORDERED, — That the clerk inform the Department of Health that the committee sends for a copy of the following documents: drugs approved in British Columbia under the pilot project exemption and why; choices of substances to be decriminalized and justification for the choice and its amounts, to be provided no later than Friday, July 15, 2022.
