Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Wednesday, February 9, 2022, the committee resumed its study of Canada's health workforce.

The witnesses made statements and answered questions.

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That briefs of no more than 2,000 words be accepted in relation to the study of a National Three-Digit Suicide Prevention Hotline (988).

It was agreed, — That the committee hold an informal meeting with a delegation of parliamentarians from the Republic of Finland on Wednesday May 11, 2022, that the committee defray the hospitality expenses related to the meeting, and that these expenses be equally shared with the Standing Committee on Human Resources, Skills and Social Development and the Status of Persons with Disabilities.

At 5:40 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
