The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

By unanimous consent, it was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $3,550, for the study of sourcing and processing of critical minerals, be adopted.

By unanimous consent, it was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $4,950, for the study on quantum computing, be adopted.
