Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, September 26, 2022, the committee commenced its study of Fraudulent Calls in Canada.

Chris Lyman made a statement and, with Guy Paul Larocque and Denis Beaudoin, answered questions.

At 12:00 p.m., Michael Kram took the Chair.

At 12:01 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:05 p.m., the sitting resumed.

At 12:05 p.m., Joël Lightbound took the Chair.

Randall Baran-Chong, Kevin Cosgrove and John Mecher made statements and answered questions.

At 1:03 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
