It was agreed, — That the committee permit members to quote from the Hockey Canada minutes of board meetings, if relevant to the committee study, but not disclose personal information of any individual contained therein.

It was agreed, — That the Third Report from the Subcommittee on Agenda and Procedure, which read as follows, be concurred in:

1. That David Andrews, Scott Smith, and Tom Renney be permitted to be assisted by counsel during their appearance on Wednesday, July 27, 2022, concerning Hockey Canada’s involvement in alleged sexual assaults committed in 2018.
2. That, notwithstanding the motion adopted by the committee on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, in relation to the study of Hockey Canada’s involvement in alleged sexual assaults committed in 2018, the committee acknowledge Nicole Mulligan’s response that she is currently unable to appear before it and agree that a summons for her presence on Tuesday, July 26, 2022, not be issued.
3. ORDERED – That the Chair write to Hockey Canada on behalf of the committee to order Hockey Canada to submit all documents specified in the committee’s motion of Wednesday, June 22, 2022, regarding the production of documents; and that all documents be provided in both redacted and unredacted form to the Office of the Law Clerk and Parliamentary Counsel for them to assess whether they agree with the redactions proposed by Hockey Canada and report back to the committee.
4. That, on Tuesday, July 26, 2022, on the study of Hockey Canada’s involvement in alleged sexual assaults committed in 2018, the committee meet for one hour in camera with the Office of the Law Clerk and Legal Counsel, followed by three hours of public testimony.
5. That, on Wednesday, July 27, 2022, on the study of Hockey Canada’s involvement in alleged sexual assaults committed in 2018, the committee meet for three hours with officials from Hockey Canada, Glenn McCurdie, the Canadian Hockey League, the Ontario Hockey League, the Western Hockey League, and the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League; and that Barry Lorenzetti and invited officials from AIG Insurance Company of Canada testify for one hour.
6. That the committee agree to invite representatives from Henein Hutchinson on Tuesday, July 26, 2022, in a public session.
7. That the proposed supplementary budget in the amount of $ 15,000, for the study of Hockey Canada’s involvement in alleged sexual assaults committed in 2018, be adopted.
8. That only documents published on the committee’s website be provided for public access.
9. That the redacted and unredacted documents submitted by Hockey Canada be distributed to committee members only.
