Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), and the motions adopted by the committee on Monday, June 13, 2022, and Tuesday, September 20, 2022, the committee resumed its study of safe sport in Canada.

It was agreed, — That the proposed supplementary budget in the amount of $6,250.00, for the study of safe sport in Canada, be adopted.

The Hon. Kirsty Duncan made a statement and answered questions.

At 4:47 p.m., pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the committee continue to sit.

By unanimous consent, it was agreed, — That the members vote electronically in order to resume the meeting as soon as all members have voted.

At 4:57 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:59 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Don Adams and Wendy Smith made statements.

At 5:13 p.m., pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), the sitting was suspended.

At 5:21 p.m., the sitting resumed.

On motion of Anthony Housefather, it was agreed, — That the committee send for a copy of the internal report conducted by Shearer Parnega, requested by the committee on Thursday, May 18, 2023.

ORDERED, — That the clerk inform Gymnastics Canada that the committee sends for a copy of the internal report conducted by Shearer Parnega, requested by the committee on Thursday, May 18, 2023.
