Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), and the motions adopted by the committee on Monday, June 13, 2022, and Tuesday, September 20, 2022, the committee resumed its study of safe sport in Canada.

The witnesses made statements and answered questions.

At 4:51 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:57 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That, the committee dedicate its final 7 meetings in June to the study of safe sport in Canada and that the following witnesses be invited to appear: the Hon. Pascale St-Onge, Minister of Sport, the Hon. Kirsty Duncan, Kristen Worley, My Voice, My Choice, Spirit of Trust, Judge Rosemarie Aquilina, and all the remaining organizations listed in the motion adopted on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 who have not yet appeared: Gymnastics Canada, Bobsleigh Canada Skeleton, Swimming Canada, Skate Canada and Rugby Canada.

It was agreed, — That time be reserved during the meeting on Monday, June 19, 2023, to provide drafting instructions to the analysts for the draft report on the safe sport in Canada study.

It was agreed, — That the committee do now adjourn.

At 5:16 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
