Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Wednesday, January 26, 2022, the committee resumed its study of the proposed acquisition of Shaw by Rogers.

Edward Iacobucci, Ben Klass, Anthony Lacavera, Andy Kaplan-Mryth made statements and, with Simon Lockie and Jessica Rutledge, answered questions.

At 3:12 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 3:18 p.m., the sitting resumed.
