Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(i) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, September 26, 2022, the committee resumed its study of citizen scientists.

Christopher Wood, Geoffrey S. LeBaron and Charles Ennis made statements and answered questions.

At 12:01 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:06 p.m., the sitting resumed.

David Lawrie, Juliet Hull and Laura Reinsborough made statements and answered questions.

On motion of Richard Cannings, it was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $17,950.00, for the study of citizen scientists, be adopted.

At 1:01 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
