Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(i) and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, February 14, 2023, the committee resumed its study of the Government of Canada’s graduate scholarship and post-doctoral fellowship programs.

Chantel Millar and Padmapriya Muralidharan made statements and answered questions.

Maxime Blanchette-Joncas gave notice of the following motion:

That, pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(i), the committee reiterates the invitation to the Minister of Innovation, Science and Industry, to testify about the 2023-2024 federal budget, initially made on March 30, 2023, and that the committee invites again the Minister to testify, as soon as possible, for one hour.

Questioning of the witnesses resumed.
