It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $ 10,150.00, for the study of Access to Information and Privacy System, be adopted.
It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $ 2,425.00, for the study of Use of Public Funds in Relation to the Roxham Road Crossing, be adopted.
It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $ 8,950.00, for the study of Privacy Concerns in Relation to the ArriveCAN Application, be adopted.
Matthew Green moved, — That, in order to allow for witnesses to be scheduled with sufficient notice and time for preparation, the committee pause it’s study on the Access to Information until January 30, 2023; and, that the committee invite the Commissioner of Lobbying of Canada, the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, and the Information Commissioner of Canada to appear as part of a committee study on Supplementary Estimates “B” 2022-2023; and that the Commissioners appear at committee no later than December 6th, 2022.
