Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(h) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, May 16, 2022, the committee resumed its study of access to information and privacy system.

The Commissioner made a statement and answered questions.

At 4:58 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:04 p.m., the sitting resumed in Camera.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(h) and the motion adopted by the committee on Wednesday, November 30, 2022, the committee resumed its study of the third edition of the Lobbyists' Code of Conduct.

The committee proceeded to give drafting instructions to the analysts for a letter.

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That, in relation to the study of access to information and privacy system, the proposed budget in the amount of $3,175.33, for the committee’s travel to Gatineau, Québec, in Spring, be adopted.

At 5:34 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
