It was agreed, — That all answers or documents requested during the meeting today be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 15, 2023.
It was agreed, — That the Second Report from the Subcommittee on Agenda and Procedure which read as follows, be concurred in:
Your subcommittee met on Monday, November 6, 2023, to consider the business of the committee and agreed to make the following recommendations:
- That the meetings of November 20, 22, 27 and 29, 2023, be dedicated to the study of the use of social media platforms for data harvesting and unethical or illicit sharing of personal information with foreign entities;
- That, in the event that the individual who requested to appear as a whistleblower in relation to the study of allegations related to governance and management of contributions by Sustainable Development Technology Canada still wishes to appear, the individual be invited to appear during the week of November 20 to 24, 2023, if it is the desire of the committee; and
- That the Chair be authorized to organize the witnesses for the meetings on November 20 and 22, 2023.
At 6:26 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
