Election of Vice-Chairs

Pursuant to Standing Order 106(2), the clerk of the committee presided over the election of vice-chairs.

The Chair informed the committee of the resignation of Iqra Khalid as Vice-Chair.

Accordingly, pursuant to Standing Order 106(2), the clerk of the committee presided over the election of a vice-chair.

It was agreed, — That Mona Fortier be elected First Vice-Chair of the committee.

Foreign Interference and Threats to the Integrity of Democratic Institutions, Intellectual Property and the Canadian State

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(h) and the motion adopted by the committee on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, the committee resumed its study of foreign interference and threats to the integrity of democratic institutions, intellectual property and the Canadian state.

The committee commenced consideration of a draft report.

At 5:30 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
