Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(h) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, November 14, 2022, the committee resumed its study of privacy concerns in relation to the ArriveCAN application.

Nicole Foster made a statement and answered questions.

Motion

Damien C. Kurek moved, — That the committee order Amazon Web Services provide the committee a copy of all invoices, timesheets, reports, data usage, briefs and memoranda related to the development, implementation and maintenance of the ArriveCAN application; that this request include all cloud computing services, professional services, cyber security assessments and contact centers; that these documents be sent to the clerk within three weeks of the adoption of this motion; and that these documents be circulated to committee members and made available on the committee’s website as soon as possible in both French and English.

Debate arose thereon.

At 5:26 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:28 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Motion

Matthew Green moved, — That the committee do now adjourn.

The question was put on the motion and it was agreed to on the following recorded division:
