Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, February 12, 2024, the committee resumed its study of Canada without barriers by 2040.

Kevin Mills, David Lepofsky, Paul Lupien and Michelle Hewitt made statements, and together with Dominique Salgado answered questions.

At 12:11 p.m., the meeting was suspended.

At 12:16 p.m., the meeting resumed.

James Janeiro made a statement and answered questions.

At 12:21 p.m., the meeting was suspended.

At 12:23 p.m., the meeting resumed.

Christina Bisanz and Bill Adair made statements and, with James Janeiro, answered questions.

At 1:00 p.m., the meeting was suspended.

At 1:05 p.m., the meeting resumed in camera.

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That the written submission by Starlight Investments received on July 19, 2024, be accepted and considered as a brief as part of the study on federal housing investments.

At 1:15 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
