Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, November 21, 2022, the committee resumed its study of the National Housing Strategy.

Paul Masson, Simon Lahoud and Benjamin Williams answered questions.

At 9:26 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 9:28 a.m., the sitting resumed.

Questioning of the witnesses resumed.

At 10:34 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 10:38 a.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The committee proceeded to give drafting instructions to the analysts for a draft report.

It was agreed, — That the evidence received by the Standing Committee on Public Accounts in relation to its study of Report 5, Chronic Homelessness, of the 2022 Reports 5 to 8 of the Auditor General of Canada, on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, and the report of the Parliamentary Budget Officer entitled “Federal Program Spending on Housing in 2022”, be taken into consideration by this committee in its study of the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation and the National Housing Strategy.

At 10:50 a.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
