Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, November 25, 2024, the committee commenced its Pre-Study on Bill C-63.

At 11:25 a.m., pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the committee continue to sit.

At 11:48 a.m., the meeting was suspended.

At 12:02 p.m., the meeting resumed.

At 1:07 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
