Anthony Housefather gave notice of the following motion:
That, pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and in view of the alarming escalation of antisemitism in Canada, the committee undertake a study on the issue of antisemitism and the additional measures that could be taken to address the valid fears that are being expressed by Canada’s Jewish community;
That the study includes but not be limited to the issue of antisemitism on university campuses;
That the study should be at least three meetings and that the committee report its findings to the House.

It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $11,250, for the study of Bill C‑332, An Act to amend the Criminal Code (controlling or coercive conduct), be adopted.
It was agreed, — That the committee begin clause‑by‑clause study of Bill C‑322, An Act to amend the Criminal Code (controlling or coercive conduct) on Monday, March 18, 2024.
It was agreed, — That, in relation to the clause‑by‑clause study of Bill C‑322, An Act to amend the Criminal Code (controlling or coercive conduct), the deadline to submit amendments be Thursday, March 14, 2024, at noon.
It was agreed, — That the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada appear during the first hour on Thursday, March 21, 2024, in relation to the Supplementary Estimates (C), for the fiscal year 2023‑24.
It was agreed, — That the committee meet with the members of the Norwegian Standing Committee on Justice while they are in Ottawa on Monday, April 8 and Tuesday, April 9, 2024.
It was agreed, — That the Subcommittee on Agenda and Procedure of the Standing Committee on Justice and Human Rights meet on Monday, April 8, 2024, to discuss future business.
