Pursuant to the order of reference of Monday, March 27, 2023, the committee resumed consideration of Bill C-41, An Act to amend the Criminal Code and to make consequential amendments to other Acts.

Motion

Garnett Genuis moved, — That, the committee report the following to the House:

That the committee recommends to the House that it be granted the power during its consideration of Bill C-41 to expand the scope of the Bill in order to respond to recommendations from international development organizations.

Randall Garrison moved, — That the debate be now adjourned.
