It was agreed, — That, in context of Bill C-5, An Act to amend the Criminal Code and the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, the deadline for the submission of amendments to the clerk of the committee be no later than Friday, May 13, 2022.
It was agreed, — That the committee commence clause-by-clause consideration of Bill C-5, An Act to amend the Criminal Code and the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, on Tuesday, May 17, 2022, at 3:30 p.m. (EST).
It was agreed, — That the clerk of the committee, in consultation with the Chair, prepare a preliminary submission for travel to Germany, Netherlands and Switzerland, in the fall of 2022, with regard to the committee’s study to review all available international mechanisms to hold state parties and others accountable for International Atrocity Crimes (war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide), to be submitted to the Subcommittee on Committee Budgets of the Liaison Committee, no later than Friday, May 6, 2022.
