Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Thursday, February 3, 2022, the committee resumed its study of the Housing Accelerator Fund.

It was agreed, — That, notwithstanding the routine motion governing time for opening remarks and questioning of witnesses, adopted by the committee on Monday, December 13, 2021, during the meeting of Monday, June 13, 2022, witnesses be given four minutes for their opening statement.

Celeste Hayward, Thea Kurdi, Patrick Michell, Gary Gladstone, Sarah Silva and Carolyn Whitzman made statements and answered questions.

At 12:36 p.m., pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the committee continue to sit.

Questioning of the witnesses resumed.

At 12:45 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
