Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(g), the committee resumed consideration of Report 6, Sustainable Development Technology Canada, of the 2024 Reports 5 to 7 of the Auditor General of Canada referred to the committee on Tuesday, June 4, 2024.

Ziyad Rahme and Karen Hogan made statements and, with the other witnesses, answered questions.

At 12:14 p.m., the meeting was suspended.

At 12:30 p.m., the meeting resumed.

Questioning of the witnesses resumed.

At 1:30 p.m., the meeting was suspended.

At 1:36 p.m., the meeting resumed.

The committee resumed consideration of the motion of Rick Perkins moved on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 which read as follows:

That the committee invite the former president of SDTC Leah Lawrence to appear in relation to the ongoing study of the Auditor General's 2024 Report 6 on Sustainable Development Technology Canada; and that the committee also invite Andrew Noseworthy, former assistant deputy minister at the Department of Industry.

and of the amendment of Nathalie Sinclair-Desgagné moved on Wednesday, 30 October, 2024 which read as follows:

That the motion be amended by adding after the words “Department of Industry” the following: “, Zoë Kolbuc, and Doug McConnachie.”

Debate arose thereon.

The debate on the amendment continued.

The question was put on the amendment and it was agreed to on the following recorded division:
