Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, the committee commenced its study of National Capital Commission — Rideau Hall Storage Building.

Lorenzo Ieraci and Brian Gear made statements and answered questions.

At 12:08 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:16 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(g), the committee resumed consideration of Report 4, International Assistance in Support of Gender Equality—Global Affairs Canada, of the 2023 Reports 1 to 4 of the Auditor General of Canada, referred to the committee on Monday, March 27, 2023.

The committee commenced consideration of a draft report.

It was agreed, — That the draft report, as amended, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "International Assistance in Support of Gender Equality".

It was agreed, — That the Chair, clerk and analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.

It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 109, the committee request that the government table a comprehensive response to the report.

It was agreed, — That dissenting or supplementary opinions be in Calibri 12-point font, left aligned, single-spaced, and be submitted electronically, in both official languages, to the clerk of the committee, not later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday, November 6, 2023.

It was agreed, — That the clerk and analysts of the committee, in consultation with the Chair, prepare a news release for publication on the committee’s website and for distribution upon presentation of the report to the House.

ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(g), the committee resumed consideration of Report 10, Specific COVID-19 Benefits, of the 2022 Reports 9 and 10 of the Auditor General of Canada, referred to the committee on Tuesday, December 6, 2022.

The committee commenced consideration of a draft report.

At 12:48 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:54 p.m., the sitting resumed.

At 12:58 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
