Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the committee resumed its study of ArriveCAN.

Andrew Hayes made a statement and answered questions.

Motion

Garnett Genuis moved, — That the committee report to the House its grave concern about apparent reprisals against witnesses following their testimony on the ArriveCan App.

Debate arose thereon.

After debate, the question was put on the motion and it was negatived on the following recorded division:

YEAS: Larry Brock, Garnett Genuis, Kelly McCauley — 3;

NAYS: Valerie Bradford, Shaun Chen, Gord Johns, Iqra Khalid, Brenda Shanahan, Nathalie Sinclair-Desgagné, Jean Yip — 7.

Motion

Iqra Khalid moved, — That the committee do now adjourn.

The question was put on the motion and it was agreed to on the following recorded division:
