Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), and the motion adopted by the committee on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, the committee commenced its study of the purchase of the official residence of the Consul General in New York.

Samantha Tattersall and Mark Quinlan made statements and, with the other witnesses, answered questions.

At 11:52 a.m., the meeting was suspended.

At 11:54 a.m., the meeting resumed.

At 12:23 p.m., the meeting was suspended.

At 12:43 p.m., the meeting resumed.

Questioning of the witnesses resumed.

At 1:34 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
