Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(c) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, October 17, 2022, the committee resumed its study of the ArriveCAN application.

Kristian Firth made a statement and answered questions.

At 4:11 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:12 p.m., the sitting resumed.

On motion of Garnett Genuis, it was agreed, — That Darren Anthony be excused, and be summoned to appear before the committee at a date and time to be determined by the Chair.

On motion of Garnett Genuis, it was agreed, — That Kristian Firth provide to the committee all of the different versions of resumes for Ritika Dutt and Amir Morv by 12:00 p.m., on Monday, November 6, 2023.

Motion

Michael Barrett moved, — That the committee send for all bank records related to the business of GCstrategies where there is an intersection between GCstrategies, the government of Canada, Coradix, Dalian, and Botler within 48 hours.

At 5:27 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:28 p.m., the sitting resumed.

It was agreed, — That the committee send for all bank records related to the business of GCstrategies, where there is an intersection between GCstrategies, the government of Canada, Coradix, Dalian, and Botler; and that the documents be sent to the clerk of the committee by 12:00 p.m., on Monday, November 6, 2023.

On motion of Garnett Genuis, it was agreed, — That Kristian Firth be summoned to appear before the committee at a date and time to be determined by the Chair.

It was agreed, — That, when Kristian Firth and Darren Anthony are summoned, they appear together.

At 5:38 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
