Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), and the motion adopted by the committee on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, the committee resumed its study of the purchase of the official residence of the Consul General in New York.

Stéphane Cousineau made a statement and, with the other witnesses, answered questions.

At 12:27 p.m., the meeting was suspended.

At 12:38 p.m., the meeting resumed.

Questioning of the witnesses resumed.

It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $9,250, for the study of the Purchase of the Official Residence of the Consul General in New York, be adopted.

At 1:56 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
