Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(c) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, October 17, 2022, the committee resumed its study of the ArriveCAN application.

On motion of Larry Brock, it was agreed, — That the evidence to be given by Minh Doan in relation to the study of the ArriveCAN Application be taken under oath or by solemn affirmation.

Minh Doan, duly sworn in, made a statement and answered questions.

At 2:05 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 2:08 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Questioning of the witness resumed.

ORDERED, — That the clerk inform Kristian Firth and Cameron MacDonald that the committee sends for a copy of any telephone and text-message records that exist between them for the last five years; and that the information be provided to the clerk of the committee no later than two weeks following the adoption of this motion.
